The role
WAVE is a newly created team within Quotient. It sits at the front line of AI-enabled business development,



working closely with Quotient Inside to help our consulting teams move faster, think differently, and build with reuse in mind.
As Business Analyst, you will be WAVE’s day-to-day operational lead. You will be the first point of contact for incoming partner demand, turn it into a clear brief the team can act on, keep priorities moving, and help ensure the work we produce is reusable, relevant, and worth scaling. This is a hands-on role for someone who thinks like a consultant, works comfortably with technical colleagues, and enjoys bringing structure to ambiguity.
You will also help shape WAVE’s medium-term direction by identifying which capabilities to build, where to focus the team’s time, and how to measure whether the model is working. You will run the team’s internal governance rhythm, keeping decisions moving, surfacing trade-offs early, and ensuring stakeholders are aligned.
