This remote opportunity is idóneo for detail-oriented quality professionals with experience in language quality assurance within the life sciences industry. The role focuses on ensuring the accuracy, consistency, and compliance of English-language content used in clinical, regulatory, and pharmacovigilance contexts. Working in a fast-paced, high-volume environment, you will play a key role in maintaining the highest quality standards for documentation that supports patient safety and global healthcare initiatives. You will collaborate with project teams, manage multiple assignments simultaneously, and contribute to the successful delivery of critical multilingual projects. Accountabilities
- Perform non-linguistic quality control of English translations for clinical, regulatory,



and pharmacovigilance documentation.
- Review formatting, terminology, numerical data, dates, units, consistency, and compliance with project instructions to ensure high-quality deliverables.
- Use CAT tools and quality assurance software to identify and resolve formatting and technical issues.
- Verify converted content from non-editable or handwritten source files and perform formatting quality checks after conversion.
- Manage multiple small-volume assignments while meeting short turnaround times and maintaining high accuracy standards.
- Self-assign available work based on capacity, document quality findings, report discrepancies, and escalate potential risks when necessary.
- Collaborate closely with project management teams to support efficient project delivery and quality objectives.
