About the Role
We are seeking an accomplished real estate professional to join our Office Capital Markets team in Madrid as Director. You will lead a multidisciplinary team while driving strategic growth across our capital markets platform, maintaining our position as market leaders in one of Europe's most dynamic commercial real estate markets.

Leadership & Team Management
You will serve as the primary leader and point of reference for a multidisciplinary team, fostering a collaborative environment where innovation and excellence thrive. Your leadership style should emphasize teamwork, mentorship, and developing talent while maintaining high performance standards. With at least 5 years of experience leading and coordinating teams, you will be responsible for building capability, managing performance, and creating a culture aligned with JLL's values.
Strategic Business Development
Maintaining and developing relationships with key stakeholders, including institutional investors, will be central to your success.
