Our Team
At Opella Digital, we are building the technology foundation of a newly independent general consumer healthcare company. This role sits within the Commercial & Growth Hub and plays a key leadership role in shaping the future of our commercial technology landscape.
You will lead a team of approximately five Solution Architects and SAP experts responsible for Order-to-Cash, Pricing, Trade Promotion, Revenue Growth, and Customer Service capabilities across global markets.
Partnering with senior business leaders, product teams, and technology stakeholders, you will define technology strategy, guide major investment decisions,



and drive transformation initiatives that support the growth of more than 100 trusted consumer healthcare brands used by hundreds of millions of consumers worldwide.

Main Responsibilities
• Lead, coach, and develop a high-performing team of approximately 5 Solution Architects and SAP experts
• Define and drive the architecture vision, strategy, and roadmap for Commercial & Growth Hub solutions across SAP S/4HANA and connected platforms
• Partner with senior business stakeholders to align technology investments with commercial growth priorities and business objectives
• Own architecture decisions across Order-to-Cash, Pricing, Trade Promotion, Revenue Growth, Customer Service, and related commercial capabilities
