Duties and Responsibilities
In this role, I will assume full responsibility for the efficient operation of all bar outlets to provide exceptional products and services within Six Senses brand operating standards and budget.
I will work strategically with the F&B; Manager to develop cohesive and productive goals for my department and establish procedures to achieve them. I will support an overall consistency of the Company's vision,
quality standards and develop beverage concepts consistent with the Six Senses brand identity.
The duties and responsibilities will include:
- Keep abreast of industry trends, mixology techniques, premium spirits, wines, cocktails and beverage innovations to continuously enhance the guest experience.
- Focus on the rejuvenation of the bar experience through creative beverage concepts and memorable guest interactions.
- Ensure beverage menus and offerings are constantly assessed and reviewed to remain relevant, innovative and aligned with Six Senses wellness and sustainability practices.
- Maintain a strong physical presence across all bar outlets, ensuring rigorous adherence to LQA standards and brand operating procedures.
- Be responsible for delivering exceptional guest experiences across all bar operations.
- Effectively carry out service recovery or empower hosts to resolve guest concerns promptly and professionally.
