About the role
We're looking for a Senior Project Manager to own the operational backbone of a full account or portfolio of creative projects, driving how campaigns come together end-to-end. This person holds the whole system in view, where capacity will strain, where risk or opportunity is building, and what needs to be factored in next.
The role calls for someone resourceful,



who builds the answer when one doesn't already exist and brings creative, strategic solutions to operational, creative and client problems - equally comfortable running different PM methodologies and building new solutions. A key direct point of contact with leadership, maintaining full visibility into resourcing and delivery health, and making informed decisions to keep projects on track and properly resourced.

Key Responsibilities
Creative Portfolio & delivery ownership
· Own end-to-end operational health of a full account or portfolio, across multiple projects and disciplines.
· Lead project management - scope, timelines, budget, dependencies - blending the methodology (Agile, Kanban, Waterfall, Hybrid, etc) that fits each project or team.
· Anticipate opportunities and structural risk and blockers (capacity gaps, bottlenecks, process failures, difficult client feedback) and propose creative solutions.
