About the Legal Employment Counsel role...
The Employment Counsel position will be based in Barcelona, Spain and report to the Senior Legal Counsel (based in Australia), providing legal advice on all employee related matters, including employment laws, employment contracts, employee claims, works councils and union representations. Working closely with the People and Culture team and leaders across all functions, the role will support the business in Spain, with the possibility of supporting other regions in EMEA and across the regions in which SiteMinder operates.

What you’ll do…
- Provide expert counsel on a range of employment law issues, including grievances, dismissals, employment contracts, benefits etc.
- Serve as a trusted advisor to the People and Culture team, local management and business leaders, guiding decision making on employee relation
