Position Overview

The General Counsel (GC) serves as the organization's chief legal advisor and is responsible for overseeing all legal, regulatory, compliance, governance, and risk management matters. The General Counsel provides strategic legal guidance to executive leadership and the Board, ensuring that the organization operates in compliance with applicable laws and regulations while protecting its legal interests, reputation, and assets. The role is instrumental in supporting business growth, corporate transactions, governance, and risk mitigation initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

Legal Strategy & Advisory

Serve as the principal legal advisor to the CEO, executive leadership team, and Board of Directors.

Provide legal counsel on strategic business initiatives, corporate transactions, and operational matters.

Corporate Governance
