We are looking for an HR Operations Coordinator to join our regional HR Operations team . In this role, you will act as the first point of contact for employees and managers on HR and payroll-related matters and ensure that personnel and benefit management is carried out accurately, efficiently, and fully compliant with company policies and local legislation.
Reporting to the Regional HR Manager , you will support the spanish Station and play a key role in delivering high-quality HR operational services that contribute to a smooth employee experience and accurate salary payments.

Ensure accurate, complete, and up-to-date personnel administration in compliance with local labor legislation and internal policies.
- Coordinate and administer core HR processes, including onboarding, transfers, and offboarding.




- Provide first-line support and basic advice to managers and employees regarding HR policies, processes, systems, and tools.
- Provide administrative and coordinative support to HR Business Partners and Centers of Expertise.
- Ensure accurate, timely, and complete payroll input, aligned with local legislation, internal policies, and payroll cycles.
- Coordinate payroll changes and exceptions, working closely with internal stakeholders and external payroll service providers.
- Validate and review payroll outputs, identifying and resolving discrepancies prior to salary payment.
- Act as the first point of contact for payroll-related queries from employees, managers, and HR Business Partners.
- Ensure correct follow-up of payroll corrections, retroactive changes, and special cases, coordinating with Finance when required.
