Role Overview

We are seeking an associate recruiter based in Madrid to support end-to-end Permira (internal) hiring efforts globally, collaborating closely with colleagues in the UK, US and Europe. The individual will major in associate investment hires (direct) across the UK / Europe and minor in broader mandates across the business, as needed.

Key Responsibilities

Support the recruiting team across Private Equity, Federation (Permira’s middle and back-office functions), and Credit, with a focus on building strong foundations in candidate research, sourcing, and data management. Develop an understanding of what good looks like in investment hiring while contributing to smooth, well-run searches.
