We are looking for an experienced Talent Acquisition Partner to join our General Talent Acquisition team on a 9-month temporary contract , supporting hiring across Spain, Portugal, Italy and the Middle East & Africa Mediterranean region.

Based in Barcelona, you will partner closely with business leaders and HR colleagues to attract exceptional talent that will help drive Ipsen's growth and innovation.In this role, you will manage end-to-end recruitment, develop proactive sourcing strategies, build diverse talent pipelines, and deliver an outstanding candidate experience from first contact through onboarding.
