Novotel Valencia Lavant is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Front Office Agent to join our team. As a Front Office Agent, your primary focus would be on providing excellent customer service and ensuring smooth and efficient front office operations.

YOUR KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

As a Front Office Agent you will:
- Greet guests with a warm and friendly attitude.
- Ensure a smooth check-in/out process for all guests in line with brand standards.
- Maintain accurate guest records, including personal information, payment details, and preferences.
- Comply with hotel security, fire regulations, and all health and safety legislation.
- Handle complaints in a professional manner.
