As an Specialist, Enterprise Process you will transform process design into measurable business outcomes by identifying, optimizing, and standardizing end-to-end business processes across the organization. Working closely with business stakeholders, Process Architects, Platform Owners, the Data Office, and technical teams, you will ensure processes are automation-ready, data-driven, and aligned with enterprise standards and best practices.

What a day in the life looks like:
- Lead process discovery sessions and map current and future-state workflows using BPMN, defining SLAs, KPIs, control points, and standardized process designs.
- Analyze process mining data, operational metrics,



and business feedback to identify bottlenecks, waste, rework, and automation opportunities while building quantified business cases.
- Partner with business and technical stakeholders to document requirements, design scalable solutions, and ensure processes support enterprise architecture standards.
- Embed governance, compliance, approval workflows, Segregation of Duties (SoD), ITGC controls, and audit requirements into process designs.
- Support testing and User Acceptance Testing (UAT) activities, including test scenarios, acceptance criteria, validation, and post-release hypercare support.
- Track and report process performance improvements, including cycle-time reduction, straight-through processing (STP), quality improvements, cost savings, and business benefits realization.
- Create and maintain SOPs, playbooks, job aids, runbooks, and knowledge documentation while collaborating with Platform
