THE DIFFERENCE YOU MAKE

The Santander Artificial Intelligence Team is seeking a Product Adoption & Value Lead, based in our Madrid office, with global scope.

You will support the adoption, scaling and value realization of AI-powered integration and migration capabilities across Santander Group entities. Reporting to the Integral Head of AI Integration & Migration, you will help convert executive interest and country demand into structured assessments, business cases, adoption plans, KPI tracking and measurable business impact.
This is a product adoption and transformation role requiring strong stakeholder management, business-case discipline, technology fluency and the ability to maintain momentum across countries, vendors and internal teams without relying on direct reporting lines.
