Job Description:
DTN is looking for an Associate Field Services Technician to join our Maintenance & Support team in Spain. In this role, you will be responsible for the installation, commissioning, maintenance, and technical support of electronic meteorological systems.
You will work with advanced meteorological equipment, supporting reliable system operation through preventive maintenance, troubleshooting, repairs, and technical documentation.
This position is idóneo for an electronics or telecommunications technician who enjoys hands-on technical challenges, field work, and learning new technologies.
What you will be responsible for:
- Install and commission electronic meteorological equipment and systems.
- Perform corrective and preventive maintenance on meteorological systems.
- Diagnose technical issues and troubleshoot electronic equipment failures.
- Test and evaluate equipment performance.
- Perform periodic inspections and system checks.
- Carry out software updates and system configurations.
- Follow electrical diagrams, wiring schematics, and technical documentation.
- Replace and repair electronic components when required.
- Support calibration and testing procedures.
- Prepare technical reports, maintenance records, and documentation.
- Maintain accurate records of completed work and future maintenance activities.
