The candidate to cover the CS position will be responsible for the support of ADM’s microbiome business development activities and clients for F&B;, dietary supplements as well as animal nutrition segment. The focus of this activities are on supporting new business and consolidated ones, but will also involve participation and cross collaboration with transversal departments. Daily contact with the clients to support with needs, enquires, orders, transport, customs clearance and technical information in coordination with CS department
- As customer service:
- Support business development activities
- Work together in a daily basis with the client to provide a superior and customized service
- Manage, control and tracking of samples
- Daily technical support to customers in coordination with ADM’s microbiome R&D;, QA and PD&A; teams.
- To introduce, update and control client leads and opportunities through Salesforce, if needed
- To introduce quotes in CRM and transfer them to S4H based on pricing Rq provided by sales
- To feed Business central, S4H, CRM and Salesforce systems




- Support and optimize all CS activities
- As order handling (depending on the country):
- To enter the incoming orders into SAP/Business Central (BC)
- To send order confirmation to customers
- To liaise with Production Manager and Quality department for all the changes requested by customers.
- To check labels and enter the required info into SAP
- To add OTIF codes
- To schedule loadings together with logistics department
- To arrange the transport (by road, sea or air)
- To be in contact with the forwarders or with our customs agent to arrange the customs clearance without delay
- To issue all export documents
- To issue the corresponding documents for the representative samples
- To be in contact with banks for payment terms as Cash Against Documents and Letter of Credits
- To send documents to be attested by the Chamber of Commerce and legalizing them if necessary by the corresponding Embass
