The Logistics & Administrate Coordinator is responsible for providing comprehensive logistics and administrative support to Pall Spain across multiple Lines of Business (Energy, F&B;, Sales Systems, SLS, FSE teams, and Cytiva). The role ensures the efficient management of parcels, equipment, shipments, documentation, facility support, and on‑site coordination to enable smooth daily operations and high service levels to internal and external customers.

This position reports to the General Administration Manager and is part of the Administration team of Pall Spain located in Madrid and will be an on-site role.
