Account Executive - DACH Market | Based in Barcelona

If you are a German-speaking sales professional who wants to own a market rather than work one, this is worth reading. We are looking for one person to join in building that pipeline from Barcelona and grow with it.

We build a Currency Management Automation software that helps companies turn FX from an operational burden into a competitive advantage. Our clients are CFOs and Treasurers at mid-to-large corporates across 75 countries, and they trust us to move serious money. Over $20 billion and counting.

What you will work on
You will run full-cycle enterprise sales into German, Austrian, and Swiss companies, from first outreach to signed contract. That means:
- Building and managing a pipeline of mid-to-large corporates with meaningful FX exposure
- Engaging CFOs, Treasurers, and FX managers and leading conversations about their business model, not just our product




- Building financial business cases that make the ROI clear and compelling
- Partnering closely with Customer Success to ensure what you sell gets implemented and expanded

The setup
You will be based in our Barcelona office, working within the DACH sales team and reporting to the Sales Director of DACH, Italy, and Poland. You will bring the language, the cultural fluency, and the commercial drive. We will give you the product, the platform, and the team to back you up.

Who you are
You have a track record in complex B2B sales, ideally in fintech, SaaS, or financial services, and you know how to navigate long-cycle, multi-stakeholder deals. You can hold a credible conversation with a CFO and build a business case that speaks their language.
You do not need to be an FX expert from day one. You do need to be someone who earns trust quickly and picks up technical content fast.
