You will act as a key commercial advisor to Norwegian businesses, helping them optimize their digital presence and reach target audiences through high-performing PPC and online advertising campaigns.

AND WHAT'S MY ROLE IN THIS?

As a Norwegian Digital Marketing Sales Executive, you will drive growth across the Norwegian market by acting as a trusted advisor to emerging and established businesses.

- Onboard new clients and consult them on strategic, results-driven PPC campaigns for immediate impact and long-term performance
- Drive revenue growth through outbound sales calls, upselling existing accounts, and expanding client ad spend
- Analyze Norwegian market trends and customer needs to deliver adapted digital advertising solutions
- Manage a high daily volume of accounts while maintaining an accurate customer CRM database
- Meet and exceed performance targets and sales KPIs in a target-driven setting
- Build strong,



long-term stakeholder relationships to foster account loyalty and resolve complex client inquiries
- Adapt quickly to changing customer requirements, offering proactive sales support and strategic guidance

OK, AND WHAT DO YOU NEED?
- Native or C2 level in Norwegian, plus C1 level in English
- 6+ months of experience in sales or digital marketing
- Deep understanding of Norwegian business etiquette, cultural nuances, and the local digital marketing ecosystem
- Strong grasp of PPC concepts, sales techniques, and managing complex ROI queries
- Ability to leverage AI tools in daily workflows and work effectively with CRM systems
- Working knowledge of local compliance and data regulations, specifically GDPR
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills to present solutions persuasively
- BA/BS degree or equivalent practical experience
