Responsibilities

- Provide excellent customer service to Dutch-speaking customers via phone, email, and chat, addressing their inquiries and concerns.
- Ensure a deep understanding of the company’s products and services to assist customers effectively.
- Handle and resolve customer complaints with professionalism, aiming for positive outcomes.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions in the CRM system for quality assurance and follow-up.
- Work collaboratively with team members to share knowledge and improve service efficiency.




- Stay updated on product information and industry trends to enhance customer interactions.

- Fluency in Dutch (both written and spoken); proficiency in English is advantageous.
- Experience in customer service roles, preferably in a remote setting.
- Strong communication skills and a commitment to delivering exceptional customer experiences.
- Ability to resolve customer issues effectively and empathetically.
- Familiarity with CRM systems and basic computer skills.
- Self-motivated and able to work independently, with excellent time management skills.
- A desire to work in a remote environment located in Greece, along with a passion for providing quality service.
