Job Summary
The Procurement Program Management Office (PMO) plays a critical role in driving the Procurement organization's strategic results and continuous improvement initiatives.
The PMO is responsible for leading the development, implementation, governance, and ongoing execution of key programs and projects that support Procurement's strategic objectives.
The individual holding this position will report directly to the Vice President Procurement of Hydro Extrusions and collaborate closely with cross-functional stakeholders across procurement, business area, business unit, and Hydro corporate teams.
What you will be doing
Business Planning, Performance Management & Reporting
- Lead the governance and coordination of the annual Business Plan for procurement across the Hydro Extrusion and business unit teams.
- Develop, maintain, and communicate dashboards and performance reports that track procurement savings, key performance indicators (KPIs), and strategic initiative progress.
- Ensure all projects and savings initiatives are accurately entered and updated in the performance management system (Provalido).
- Monitor performance against objectives, identify risks and gaps, and collaborate with procurement team members to develop and implement improvement plans.
