IE University is seeking a Marketing Specialist to join the Integral Brand & Marketing Department. The primary responsibility of this position is to execute integrated marketing activations that support the positioning, visibility, and growth of IE School of Science & Technology's academic portfolio.

The Marketing Specialist will report directly to the Senior Marketing Manager and will play a key role in bringing marketing plans to life through the execution of multi-channel campaigns, go-to-market activations, content initiatives, and customer journey optimization. Working closely with Product Marketing, Digital, Brand, Admissions, Academic and Regional teams, this role ensures consistent execution across all marketing touchpoints while continuously monitoring performance and identifying opportunities for optimization.





This position requires excellent organizational skills, strong project management capabilities, attention to detail, and the ability to coordinate multiple initiatives simultaneously in a dynamic international environment.
