About the Role
As Whitewater Group continues to expand internationally across multiple markets, we are seeking an Expeditor to support the successful execution of projects by ensuring the timely progress of supplier activities throughout the procurement and manufacturing lifecycle.

This role will play a key part in monitoring and expediting suppliers to ensure that engineering deliverables, procurement activities, manufacturing, inspections, critical documentation, and equipment deliveries are completed in accordance with project schedules and contractual requirements. Working closely with procurement teams, project managers, engineering disciplines,



suppliers, and quality personnel, the successful candidate will proactively identify potential delays, mitigate risks, and ensure effective coordination across all stakeholders to maintain project timelines.

Your profile
The adecuado candidate will be a proactive, highly organised, and detail-oriented professional with strong experience in supplier management, schedule control, and project coordination. They will possess excellent communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with suppliers and internal teams while effectively managing competing priorities in a fast-paced, multidisciplinary environment. A strong focus on planning, reporting, and continuous follow-up will be essential to ensuring the successful delivery of high-quality projects on time and in line with contractual commitments.
