Based at the Mandarin Oriental Ritz, Madrid within the F&B; Department in, the Waiter/tress is responsible for delivering elegant and attentive service, creating memorable dining experiences, and ensuring guest satisfaction throughout their time in the restaurant. The Waiter reports to the Restaurant Manager and Assistant Restaurant Manager.

As Waiter/tress you will be responsible for the following duties:
- Provide seamless, elegant, and attentive table service in accordance with Mandarin Oriental standards.
- Guide guests through the food and beverage menu, confidently making recommendations and answering questions with accuracy and enthusiasm.
- Coordinate with kitchen and bar teams to ensure timely and accurate order delivery.
- Set up, maintain, and clear tables following standard operating procedures and cleanliness guidelines.
