GBS Digitalization & Transformation department is looking for a Finance Digital Transformation Specialist.

What you will do:
- Support the delivery of digitalization and transformation initiatives across Record-to-Report processes, including Accounting, Consolidation, Tax, Fixed Assets and Intercompany.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to identify opportunities for automation, simplification and digital enablement.
- Participate in the design of digital solutions leveraging technologies such as SAP, Power Platform, analytics and AI-enabled tools.




- Translate business needs into scalable and sustainable digital solutions in partnership with Digital and Technology teams.
- Contribute to the development of dashboards, reporting capabilities and data-driven decision-making tools.
- Promote best practices and support the adoption of innovative ways of working across R2R teams.
- Stay updated on emerging technologies and assess their potential application within Finance processes.

What are we looking for:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, Accounting, Engineering, Information Systems or a related field.
- 3+ years of professional experience in Finance, Accounting, Record to Report (R2R), Process Improvement, Digital Transformation or related areas.
- Experience engaging with Accounting, Tax and Digital teams across multiple countries and business units.
- Experience working with ERP systems, preferably SAP SIM, SAP ECC and/or SAP S/4HANA.
