Role overview





The HR Manager (Southern Europe) will be instrumental in providing expert HR advice and guidance across employee lifecycle experiences including onboarding, offboarding, probation periods, maternity, sickness absence and performance management. They will be a local specialist, designing and implementing People local operations to fit within the general frameworks, as well as working with business stakeholders and HR Business Partners on local execution of the functional People strategies.

- Work with the EMEA and global teams to localise People & Culture strategies and tactics to ensure maximum impact and engagement.
- Monitor, analyse and provide insights regarding ‘organisational health’, People & Culture KPIs and metrics that can form part of the wider EMEA P&C; strategies or operational improvements.
