Overview

At PepsiCo, we are looking for an experienced and inspiring Line Lead to lead the operational agenda of our Can and RGB production cells, overseeing both Production and Maintenance teams at our manufacturing plant in Etxabarri-Ibiña (Vitoria-Gasteiz).

This role requires a strong people leader with a passion for operational excellence, capable of driving safety, productivity, efficiency, cost optimization, continuous improvement, and high-performance team culture. The successful candidate will be a results-oriented leader who thrives in a fast-paced manufacturing environment and consistently delivers sustainable business outcomes.

Responsibilities

Key Responsibilities
Operations Leadership
- Lead the operational performance of the Can and RGB production areas, ensuring the achievement of Safety, Quality, Service, Cost, and Productivity targets.
- Drive operational excellence through effective execution of manufacturing strategies and best practices.
- Develop and foster a high-performance culture focused on accountability, engagement, and continuous improvement.




- Monitor and improve production efficiency, line performance, OEE, and productivity across the manufacturing process.
- Identify operational inefficiencies and implement corrective and preventive actions to optimize workflows and processes.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with Supply Chain, Engineering, Quality, EHS, and other stakeholders to achieve business objectives.
- Prepare, analyze, and present operational performance reports, productivity metrics, and improvement plans.

Maintenance Leadership
- Lead preventive, predictive, and corrective maintenance activities to maximize equipment reliability and plant availability.
- Ensure the effective execution of maintenance programs, minimizing downtime and maximizing asset performance.
- Partner with Engineering teams to develop and implement technical improvements and innovative solutions.
