Activity Leader EF Malaga is looking for a dynamic Activity Leader EF Malaga is looking for a dynamic Activity Leader to join our Activities & Events Team. In this role, you will lead exciting activities, events, and excursions for our international students, ensuring every day is fun, safe, and memorable. From city tours to themed parties and interactive games, no two days are the same!

Create a lively, welcoming atmosphere during events and trips, delivering exceptional service. Support community management and help maintain a vibrant environment within the school. Lead guided tours at excursion destinations, sharing engaging and informative content (materials provided by EF).

Safeguard under-18 students during all activities in accordance with EF guidelines. Assist with event promotion, including creating and displaying posters. Prepare detailed handovers for the Activity Manager to ensure seamless service.

Support content creation for EF social media channels. Calm under pressure and skilled at handling challenging situations.



Customer-focused and committed to delivering quality experiences. Flexible with working hours and tasks, including availability for evening and weekend activities.
