Business Intelligence & Analytics

- The Business Intelligence & Analytics (BI&A;) function is part of CF Operations under Accenture Operations and is engaged in an ongoing program to support Markets and Services. BI&A; team member is part of the team that provides operations support to Markets and Services leadership. He/she will be responsible for delivering data driven analytics to Market/Services leadership.

SUMMARY High Level Overview The Analytics and Modeling Sr Analyst will be responsible to deliver analytics to one of the Markets/ Services. S/he will propose and execute a cost-effective analysis to meet the business needs of Biz Ops Leads within the Market/ Service.

The key responsibility would involve metrics definition (support), understanding the business requirements, identifying the data sources & requisite fields, establishing and executing the analysis to meet the business needs, and finally, delivering the outcome through the necessary channel.

The person is required to focus on developing, modifying, enhancing, and adding value to key deliverables and enable team to support leadership for their review meetings

ACCOUNTABILITIES Answerable/Liable For Success Business operations support to Services/ Markets including

- Business Intelligence & Analytics to produce analytics across multiple dimensions of business - Finance, Sales, Talent, Quality, Delivery, external competition and others as needed by the Market/ Service leadership

- Driving adoption of Standard Accenture tools
- Working in an agile way – on demand change request, real time support for adhoc reporting requests

THE WORK Utilize relevant AI tools across all tasks and deliverable creation, including the creation of agents and other tools to help facilitate:

- Produce trend and forces assessments for your assigned industry or function, including benchmarking analyses that show where the client stands relative to peers and where the reinvention opportunity lies.
- Design future-state process specifications covering AI integration points, operating model changes, human-machine interaction requirements, and workforce adoption approaches for your domain area.
- Combine delivery team leadership and delivery execution, paired with active participation in commercial proposals.
- Develop change-impact assessments using AI-assisted organizational analysis tools.
- Apply your industry or function knowledge to review and improve domain-specific reinvention designs and functional playbook content.
- Apply AX Design principles when specifying or reviewing AI integration designs — defining how AI agents should behave within each redesigned process step, what they handle autonomously, and when they hand off to a person. EDUCATION- Bachelor's Degree or equivalent Basic (required)



Qualification- Advanced Data Analytics Techniques: Proficient in Machine Learning, Deep Learning and Generative AI.
- Strong programming skills in languages such as Python, with the ability to write, optimize, and troubleshoot code for data analysis and model development.
- Experience with SQL and relational databases to fully leverage information.
- Experience in Data & AI, management consulting or related business transformation
- Previous usage of AI-assisted analytics, visualization, or benchmarking tools (e.g. Platform Native AI capabilities).
- Experience in deploying models into production environments and integrating them into existing business processes, ensuring seamless implementation of AI solutions.
- You have previously delivered project work in consulting environment OR industry experience in at least one domain (e.g., Banking/Capital Markets, Insurance, Software and Platforms, Communications and Media, High Tech, Health, Public Service, Life Sciences, Consumer Goods Retail and Travel, Industrial, Energy, Utilities or Chemical and Natural Resources) OR worked within
- Ability to analyze data and translate findings into structured recommendations Preferred Qualification- Experience working in cloud environments (Microsoft Azure, Amazon Web Services, Google Cloud Platform).
- Proficiency with Git and software development best practices.
- Familiarity with process mapping or process modeling tools
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to communicate complex findings in clear business terms/structured recommendations
- Client-facing consulting or advisory experience
- Applies AI tools fluently and independently, including building agents, for higher-quality deliverables to business problems
- Embeds AI Design principles into process specifications (agent behaviors, autonomy levels, handoffs)
- Identifies where agentic AI can transform specific client process steps and articulates design implications
- Uses AI-assisted analytics, visualization, and benchmarking tools to ground future-state designs
- Demonstrated continuous learning with emerging AI tools
