About Medicidiom

Medicidiom is building Dr. SpeakBetter, an AI-driven app removing language barriers for medical professionals. We're heading into a funding and investor-readiness phase, and this role sits right at the center of it.

The Role

We're looking for someone to help build out the app itself — starting with designing and developing the app's avatars — while also providing overall automations support across the team as we prepare the product for investor presentations and funding applications. This is hands-on product work with real visibility into the app's direction.

Your Mission:

- Design and build the app's avatars — your first project
- Contribute to UI/UX design assets across the app
- Provide general automations support (Zapier, HubSpot, GitHub workflows, no/low-code tools) for the wider team
- Work directly with our dev lead on app architecture and feature development
- Help shape the product into something investor-ready

Who You Are
- Looking for a long-term collaboration,

- Comfortable with UI/UX design and/or app development (avatar, character, or visual asset design experience is a strong plus)
- Some hands-on experience building automations or workflows
- Genuinely interested in AI-driven products and startup-stage development
- Reliable — you understand that "available" means "responsive"
- Spanish a plus, not required

- Weeks 1–3: Trial period to confirm mutual fit
- Month 3: Progress review to assess deliverables and discuss extension, scope, and path toward a funded role
