In Front Sales– HV Motors & MV Drives

Location: Madrid/ SpainOrganization: Innomotics (former Siemens Large Drives) – IN HV CRM ES SType: Full-time

Your ImpactYou will be part of the sales of our HV business unit. Working at the interface of sales, technology, and strategy, you turn opportunities into business by keeping and building strong customer relationships and positioning our products where they create the most value.

Your Role• Develop and execute sales strategies for selected HV customers.

- Sales responsible for existing HV customers.
- Identify and develop new business opportunities and new potential customers.
- Build and manage a healthy opportunity pipeline, ensuring transparency on volumes, risks, and forecast.
- Engage with OEM, EPCs, and End users to understand their needs and position our solutions.
- Drive product offers and tenders, coordinating technical and commercial.
- Work closely with global and regional teams to align on strategy and win projects.
- Deliver Product presentations and represent Innomotics in customer meetings, negotiations, and industry events.

Your Profile• Degree in Electrical Engineering or a comparable field.

- Several (+5)



years of industry experience in general sales or business development in: HV Motors or MV Drives• Strong commercial drive combined with technical understanding, ideally power electronics or electrical motors.
- Confident communicator and customer-focused mindset with the ability to influence customers and stakeholders.
- Comfortable working in a dynamic, international environment with high ownership.
- Spanish is required and solid English.
