As a Backend Software Engineer in Campaigns u0026amp; Rewards - Product Development, you will help scale and modernize our engagement platform. You’ll design distributed backend services and drive containerization and cloud migration to support dynamic, personalized campaigns. You work with product and commercial teams to turn ideas into scalable solutions, while maintaining high quality and observability.

You’ll contribute to architectural discussions and, for seniors, lead design decisions that shape our platform. Join a fast-moving team focused on loyalty-driven experiences across our products.

Compensaciones / Incentivos

- Design and develop distributed backend services using .NET and event-driven architecture
- Collaborate with product and commercial teams to translate engagement ideas into scalable, maintainable solutions
- Optimize the microservice ecosystem for performance, reliability, and observability
- Drive containerization and cloud migration strategy forward




- Participate in architecture discussions and help shape technical decisions
- For senior engineers: lead architectural decisions and proactively identify areas for improvement
- Write maintainable, well-tested code and conduct code reviews
- Participate in incident resolution and the team's on-call rotation
- Maintain clear technical documentation such as ADRs, runbooks, and guidelines
- Build and share domain expertise within the team
