As Brand Manager, you will be responsible for leading and developing the company's brand portfolio across Iberia (Spain and Portugal), defining and implementing 360° marketing strategies to strengthen brand positioning, maximize performance, and drive sustainable growth. Reporting directly to the Marketing Director, you will have full ownership of your assigned brands and product categories, working closely with the Sales team, external agencies, and key business partners. Defining and implementing brand and marketing plans for Spain and Portugal.

Managing the launch and development of new brands and products. Developing and overseeing TV and digital marketing strategies across YouTube, influencer marketing, Amazon Ads, Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, and Twitch. Coordinating in-store marketing initiatives and developing promotional materials to support sales.

Managing marketing budgets and monitoring campaign performance. Conducting market, sales, category, and competitor analysis to identify growth opportunities.



Working closely with the Sales team to ensure the successful execution of marketing strategies and the achievement of business objectives.

A minimum of 4 years of overall work experience, with at least 1 year of previous experience as a Brand Manager. University degree in Marketing, Advertising, Business Administration (ADE), or related disciplines. A high level of English is a requirement.

Knowledge of Portuguese. The base salary may vary based on experience, role tenure, performance, industry, and location. Eligibility for the annual performance incentive may apply. Our benefits package includes Private Medical Insurance, Death in Service insurance, EAP, and pension.
