Who You Are

- Experienced: 12+ months of outbound sales experience (B2B or commercial sales is a major plus).
- Track Record: A proven history of hitting targets and outperforming expectations.
- Fluent in English and holds an EU passport/citizenship
- Excited to relocate to Malta .

Compensation Base salary plus uncapped commission and a bonus structure. An average performer can expect to earn €35K+ in year one and €55K+ in year two, as total compensation. Top performers are making €60K+
