In this role you will strengthen and manage relationships with clinical sites across Spain, driving feasibility assessments and pre/post-award strategies to accelerate study start-up. You’ll work closely with the Clinical Operations team to identify new business opportunities and optimize site performance. You will help build a knowledgeable site network, support site selection, and improve feasibility processes to deliver high-quality trials.

This is a growth-focused position within a dynamic CRO that values collaboration and impact.

- Support site relations and explore future business opportunities and feasibility assessments
- Create and execute plans for site contact, contact follow-up, and issue resolution
- Assist management with feasibility, site selection, and study start-up activities
- Maintain oversight of assigned sites and build relationships within the country
- Conduct/expedite feasibility activities and align sites with studies/therapeutic areas
- Research site landscape including KOLs, site capabilities, and country practices relevant to patient populations




- Develop and maintain a network of preferred sites and facilitate master CDAs
- Perform regular site performance reviews to ensure quality study delivery
- Act as escalation point for site-related issues across the study lifecycle
- Prepare for site audits and support qualification visits as needed
- Contribute to process improvements in feasibility activities
- Serve as main contact for project teams regarding site performance and updates
- Other projects as assigned

Responsabilidades

- Bachelor of Science in health-related field (minimum)
- Minimum 1 year of site and clinical trials experience
- CRA experience is an asset
- Knowledge of drug development, clinical xqbhyrx trial management and GCP preferred
- Knowledge of medical terminology and clinical patient management preferred
- Fluency in English and Spanish
- Strong organizational and prioritization skills
- Excellent oral and written communication skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications
