We're expanding our network of expert facilitators and are looking for an experienced Coach & Facilitator in Feminine Leadership to join our team.

About the Role

You will work with professional women, from emerging leaders to executives, supporting them in leading with confidence, authenticity, and impact. Through coaching and facilitation, you'll help clients strengthen their executive presence, navigate organizational challenges, and unlock their full leadership potential.

You'll collaborate with our team to design and deliver engaging leadership journeys for corporate clients across different industries.

What You'll Do

- Deliver individual executive coaching sessions.
- Facilitate workshops and leadership development programs.
- Help women build authentic leadership styles that leverage empathy, collaboration, resilience, and strategic influence.
- Support clients in navigating organizational dynamics, difficult conversations, and career progression.
- Coach leaders through challenges such as imposter syndrome, executive presence, visibility, stakeholder management, and negotiation.
- Contribute ideas to the design of innovative leadership experiences.
- Partner closely with the Babel Empower team to ensure exceptional client experiences.





We're Looking For Someone Who Has

- ICF certification (ACC, PCC or MCC) or equivalent coaching accreditation.
- Experience coaching leaders, managers, or executives in corporate environments.
- Strong facilitation skills for both virtual and in-person workshops.
- Deep understanding of leadership development, organizational psychology, and gender dynamics in the workplace.
- Outstanding emotional intelligence and active listening skills.
- Excellent communication in English (additional languages are a plus).
- A collaborative mindset and passion for creating meaningful learning experiences.

It Would Be Great If You Also Have

- Experience designing leadership development programs.
- International or multicultural corporate experience.
- Experience working with integral organizations.
- Familiarity with leadership assessments or psychometric tools.
