About the Role

We're looking for a Managing Editor to run the content engine behind the market-leading CRM platform for creator agencies. The direction is fairly set, your job is to execute it: turning market data, operator access, and a clear strategy into content the industry's best agencies read, cite, and share.

This market doesn't behave like typical B2B SaaS. It's a small, dense, community-driven industry that lives on Telegram rather than LinkedIn and trusts peers over vendors. Authority here is built through depth and consistency, not volume — a small number of assets sharp enough to become industry reference points.

What You'll Own

- Ship the editorial engine: Own the content calendar end-to-end — ideation, production, design coordination,



distribution, measurement — on a consistent, reliable cadence.
- Run the industry intelligence franchise: Produce monthly industry briefs, data-driven benchmark reports, and flagship annual assets, working with our revenue teams.
- Build the operator bench: Develop a recurring roster of top agency operators and industry voices to interview and quote, brokered through our Success team and community.
- Own distribution: Make content land in the channels this industry actually uses — Telegram, email, events, etc. — with formats tailored to each audience.
- Run the fast-response desk: Platform policy shifts, ban waves, regulation — publish the authoritative explainer within days, including our leadership's point of view.
- Partner on launch content: Work with Product Marketing to turn a packed product roadmap into planned, adoption-driving content mapped to releases.
- Hold the editorial standard: Every piece is written to the top of the market. What doesn't clear the bar gets reframed or killed.

Who You Are

- Hungry for the industry: Genuinely curious about the creator economy and the operators who run it, and fully comfortable working in an adult-adjacent industry.




- An analyst who writes: You turn data, community signals, and interviews into narratives experts take seriously — specific, rigorous, operational. 5+ years producing content, with a portfolio of shipped work.
- A relentless shipper: You publish consistently without perfect briefs or idóneo support, set deadlines and hit them, and escalate blockers early.
- A senior IC: You manage freelancers and designers, keep your pipeline visible across the org, and initiate the cross-functional alignment you need.
- Distribution-realist: You know how to reach an audience that can't be bought through paid channels and doesn't arrive through search. Community-native and email-fluent.
- AI-native: AI agents and LLM workflows are core to how you research, produce, and quality-check.
- Editorially opinionated: You bring a point of view to the work and can defend it.
