As Tech Lead Web Development you will steer the technical strategy and delivery of web solutions for Airbus Helicopters’ Spares, MRO u0026amp; Training domain. You will mentor a mostly outsourced team, ensure secure and high-quality code, and coordinate with product owners, MSPs, and users to deliver value. You will shape modern web architectures and oversee end-to-end release cycles in a collaborative, cross-functional environment.

This role sits at the Digital Campus, a hub for industrial digitalization and innovation.

Compensaciones / Incentivos

- Collaborate with product owners and stakeholders to translate requirements into technical specs and estimate effort
- Provide technical leadership and mentorship to the web development team
- Lead design of modern web architectures focusing on scalability, performance and security
- Ensure code quality, SDLC best practices, coding standards, code reviews and manage technical debt
- Identify pain points and propose improvements in architecture, security, tools, and workflows
- Troubleshoot complex production issues and manage incidents with rigor
- Lead technical discovery phases,



evaluate new tech, and build PoCs to mitigate risk
- Define and evolve the technical roadmap for web development aligned with business goals
- Drive end-to-end release processes and act as technical gatekeeper for deployments

Responsabilidades

- Front-end mastery: HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript, TypeScript; Angular (React a plus)
- Back-end: Java, Spring / Spring Boot; knowledge of Python/Node.js is a bonus
- Strong understanding of API concepts, microservices, performance and security (OWASP)
- Code quality governance: best practices, testing, TDD/DDD is a plus xugodme
- Relational databases (SQL); NoSQL (bonus: MongoDB)
- Git workflows; CI/CD concepts; containerization (Docker, Kubernetes); basic OpenShift knowledge
- Agile/Scrum experience; ability to estimate effort; Jira familiarity
- Excellent communication; leadership and team mentoring; problem solving and initiative
- English advanced level; willingness to operate in an international environment
