You will work closely with cross-functional teams set up locally or at the headquarters in Germany, including product management, marketing, sales, and customer success, to ensure successful product and feature launches that drive growth and profitability.
This role is focused on ensuring the local adaptation of CTS EVENTIM’s global ticketing platform to the Spanish market, acting as the main liaison between the central Product Team in Germany and the Spanish business unit.
WHAT YOU´LL DO:

- Work cross-functionally to manage project constraints and bottlenecks, escalate, when necessary, anticipate trade-offs, and balance business needs with technical limitations.
- Review client and tender requirements, validating the feasibility of requested solutions in collaboration with internal teams and the central Product team.
- Support Commercial and Operations by providing functional and technical expertise during customer engagements, tenders, and implementations.
- Act as the primary training liaison, receiving product updates from the central Product team and cascading knowledge to the local organization, including localization, translations, and market-specific adaptations.
- Organize and deliver internal training sessions on new products and features, including translating and distributing release notes and user documentation.
- Support Marketing, Commercial, and Operations in communicating new products and features to the market.
- Coordinate local product rollouts and client implementations,
ensuring successful adoption.
- Ensure the correct product configuration and a high-quality user experience across both B2B and B2C products, working closely with Marketing and Operations where appropriate.
WHAT WE EXPECT TO FIND IN YOU:
- Proven track record in a similar role, ideally within the ticketing industry, retail and distribution networks, or live entertainment sectors (theatre, exhibitions, cultural institutions, or visitor attractions). Experience with ticketing software is highly desirable.
- Bachelor's degree in business management, engineering, digital marketing, computer science or related field.
- Ability to translate business needs into product requirements.
- Understanding of agile product management.
- Ability to communicate technical issues and features to a non-technical audience.
- Analytical and problem-solving skills.
