We're looking for a curious, organized, and commercially minded CRM & Affiliate Marketing Specialist to help grow our player base and strengthen customer engagement.

What will you be doing?

- Manage affiliate campaigns by maintaining strong relationships with affiliate partners, coordinating promotional content, creative assets and one-off campaigns to maximize performance.
- Support CRM campaigns by working closely with the CRM Specialist to execute daily communications across Email, SMS, Push Notifications, In-App Messages, and Pop-ups.
- Monitor and analyze campaign performance, providing insights and recommendations to optimize marketing effectiveness and business results.
- Prepare weekly reports and presentations to support campaign evaluation, performance tracking, and decision-making.
- Assist with bonus creation, setup, and allocation to support ongoing marketing campaigns and promotional activities.

Does this sound like you?

- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Engineering, or a related field.
- At least 2 years of hands-on experience in digital marketing, preferably within the iGaming industry.
- Strong Excel skills and a basic understanding of HTML.




- Experience working with CRM platforms; familiarity with Optimove is considered a strong advantage.
- Professional proficiency in English, both written and spoken.
- A proactive, curious and organized mindset, with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
