Customer Service Agent - Italian Speaker At Netzon Group , we're growing fast—and we're looking for motivated Customer Service Agents to join our International Team in Barcelona.

About the Role As a Customer Service Agent, you will be the first point of contact for customers, ensuring their questions are answered and issues resolved efficiently.

Product Expert: Develop and maintain a deep understanding of our products and services to provide accurate and insightful information to customers.

Omnichannel Specialist: Deliver exceptional customer support across all channels (Phone, email, chat and social media).

Brand Ambassador: Authentically represent the brand and its values in every interaction, fostering positive customer relationships.

What We're Looking For Fluency in both Italian and English.





What We Offer Start Date: ASAP.

Contract: Fixed-Term 3 months (1 Month of Probation and possibility of extension). Full-Time: 39 hours per week.

Working Hours: Monday to Friday from 9 AM to 6 PM (1 shorter day in the week) Salary: €18,711 gross per year.

Working Model: Hybrid - 6 days per month in the office.

Training: Monday to Friday from 9 AM to 6 PM.
