Key Responsibilities

- Handle inbound customer calls, providing assistance with mobility services and Connected Drive features.

- Coordinate roadside assistance, including towing services or replacement vehicles in case of breakdowns or emergencies.

- Support customers with Connected Drive functionalities, such as navigation, remote controls, and infotainment.





- Guide users through troubleshooting vehicle-related technical issues, including connectivity and system alerts.

- Log and update customer interactions in the CRM system, ensuring accurate case tracking and follow-ups.

Responsabilidades:

- Monday to Sunday. 39hours week.

Available shifts

You will work 5 days per week. Your days off vary each week, with rotating weekends off.

- ETT - 4-Month Temporary Contract with Potential for Permanent Position

- Salary gross per year: 22.310 € per year ( Plus nocturnity and Sunday and public holiday allowance)
