About the Role

As a Customer Support Specialist, you will be supporting our Croatian, Slovenian and Italian markets , while also assisting our customers in UK market whenever needed. You'll communicate with customers through phone calls and emails, ensuring they receive outstanding support and a positive experience with Synergy Worldwide.

Your daily responsibilities will include:

- Assisting customers with orders and account inquiries
- Tracking shipments and resolving delivery issues
- Providing information about our products and promotions
- Supporting distributors and customers with various requests
- Finding effective solutions and ensuring customer satisfaction
- Building strong relationships with customers through regular contact

What We're Looking For

- Native-level Croatian or Slovenian and Italian language skills
- Excellent English communication skills (spoken and written)
- Previous customer service experience is an advantage




- Comfortable communicating by phone and email
- Positive, proactive, and solution-oriented mindset
- Strong organizational and problem-solving skills
- Team player with a friendly and professional attitude
