Do you speak Danish or Norwegian and have experience in customer service, administration or incident coordination? At Manpower, we are recruiting a Customer Service Coordinator for an international company that manages maintenance services for retail stores across Europe. Before applying, please make sure that you can commute to the office every working day.
Support
Danish or Norwegian customers by phone, email and chat. Coordinate technicians and external service providers. Prioritise urgent requests and keep customers informed. Native or C1 level of Danish or Norwegian.
Good level of English or Spanish for internal communication. Previous experience in customer service, administration, coordination, back office or incident management. Previous experience in facilities management or maintenance services is valued but not essential.
Permanent contract directly with the hiring company. Initial training and ongoing support.
