• AI Product Product Owner – Enterprise Chatbot , you will own the end-to-end product vision, strategy, and delivery of Opella’s enterprise chatbot platform. You will sit at the intersection of AI/ML innovation and business transformation , driving the deployment of intelligent conversational solutions that enhance employee and customer experiences across the organization. Define and own the product roadmap for the enterprise chatbot, aligned with Opella’s digital transformation strategy. Partner with cross-functional teams (Digital, GBS, P&C;, Finance, Legal, Operations) to gather requirements and ensure adoption. Lead agile product development cycles , from discovery to deployment and continuous improvement. Define KPIs and success metrics to measure chatbot performance, user satisfaction, and business impact. Ensure the platform is scalable, secure, and compliant with data privacy regulations (GDPR, etc.). Data &





• AI Governance Collaborate with Data Engineering and AI/ML teams to ensure high-quality training data and model performance. Monitor chatbot analytics and drive continuous optimization based on data insights. 5+ years of experience in product management, with at least 2 years in AI/Data products. ~ Experience working in agile environments with cross-functional teams. ~ Fluency in data analytics and ability to translate data insights into product decisions.

Experience with platforms such as Microsoft Azure AI Foundry, AWS Bedrock Knowledge of data governance frameworks and AI ethics principles. Familiarity with Workday, ServiceNow, or enterprise HR/IT platforms as chatbot integration targets. Our mission is to bring health in people’s hands by making self-care as simple as it should be.
