Title - Deployment Project Coordinator

Key Responsibilities (Day-to-Day):

- Coordinate hotel technology deployment projects from initiation through hypercare.
- Lead deployment kickoff meetings and establish project governance, timelines, roles, and expectations.
- Maintain integrated project plans across configuration, onboarding, testing, training, cutover, go-live, and hypercare activities.
- Coordinate hotel leadership, Hyatt corporate teams, regional deployment teams, vendors, and third-party partners.
- Facilitate recurring project meetings and maintain RAID logs, action registers, and project documentation.
- Track project progress, risks, dependencies, milestones, and escalate issues to the Program Manager.
- Support deployment readiness, cutover planning, go-live execution, and post-implementation hypercare.
- Document lessons learned and contribute to continuous process improvement initiatives.

Mandatory Technical Skills:

- 3+ years of Project Management or Project Coordination experience.
- Experience supporting technology implementation or deployment projects.
- Strong stakeholder management and cross-functional coordination.
- Project planning, scheduling, and documentation.




- RAID log management.
- Risk and issue management.
- Experience using Smartsheet or similar project management tools.
- Ability to manage multiple concurrent projects.
- Fluent in English and Spanish.

Desired / Nice-to-Have Skills:

- Opera Cloud PMS implementation experience.
- Hotel technology implementation experience.
- Hospitality industry experience.
- Hotel operations experience.
- Experience working with general teams across multiple time zones.
- Experience with major hotel management companies.

- Smartsheet (or similar project management platforms)

- Opera Cloud PMS (preferred)
