At Qualitice, we specialise in Digital Quality & Compliance. We support integral clients in delivering compliant digital transformation programmes, combining deep regulatory expertise with practical project delivery.

For our Barcelona-based team, we are looking for a motivated Intern (m/f/d) to support our project teams with day-to-day digital and administrative tasks across ongoing client engagements. This is a great opportunity for a student who wants real exposure to how digital transformation projects are run in the Life Sciences sector, while continuing their studies. What you'll be doing:

✅ Supporting project teams with documentation, reporting and data organization

✅ Assisting with the preparation of presentations, status reports and meeting materials

✅ Helping maintain and structure project trackers, timelines and shared repositories

✅ Providing support to consultants on client projects

✅ Researching and summarising information to support project deliverables

✅ Contributing to internal initiatives and process improvements across the team What we're looking for:





? Currently and actively enrolled at a university, studying Computer Science, Information Systems or a related technical field

? Genuine interest in digital transformation, IT systems or quality/compliance topics

? Comfortable working independently in a remote setting, with reliable self-organisation

? Able to travel to Barcelona occasionally

? Fluent English (required); German is a strong plus
