Location: Outer Barcelona area (3 days per week On-Site with 2 days Remote - Wednesday need to be worked On-Site)

Title: Director, Business Analytics & Integrated Insights

International Pharmaceutical company are looking for someone to work from their location in the Barcelona area to come on board and hit the ground running.

Looking for someone with a Senior Data / Analytics / Insights / BI background – Ideally with a minimum 7-10+ years of experience here.

This resource will be responsible for leading the Business Analytics & Integrated Insights function, delivering high-impact strategic insights that shape portfolio decisions, licensing strategies, and competitive positioning. Establish and champion integrated insights, rigorous research programs and scenario planning across the product portfolio. Coordinate with a high-performance team of senior professionals to enable proactive, data-driven decision-making at the executive level.

Key Responsibilities :

- Define and lead the Ex-US Insights strategy, translating data and analytics into decision‑ready insights.
- Coordinate integral and Ex-US insights workstreams,



strengthening leadership visibility on performance, forecasts, strategic priorities and competitive dynamics.
- Establish governance for insights methodologies, data sources, analytics, and reporting standards.

Desired Experience & Qualifications:

- Advanced degree (MBA, PhD, or equivalent) preferred; exceptional experience considered
- Extensive experience in strategy consulting, insights, market or competitive intelligence; life sciences or healthcare experience strongly preferred
- Proven leadership of complex, global, high‑impact initiatives across multiple stakeholders
- Strong expertise in translating primary and secondary research into strategic insights (markets, competition, opportunity sizing)
- Excellent analytical and problem‑solving skills, combining quantitative and qualitative analysis

Must Have Skills:

- Senior Data / Analytics / Insights / BI background – Minimum 7-10+ years of experience here.
- Strong Communication skills
- Strong Business / Stakeholder Management experience
- Fluent English speaking
- Power BI experience
- Pharmaceutical Industry background
