In this role you will lead accounting activities within the Barcelona-based finance team, supporting multi-country operations. You will drive month-end closures, Pu0026amp;L analysis, and forecasting while partnering with business units to ensure accurate financial reporting. You will collaborate through audits and internal controls, shaping processes and improving reporting quality. This position offers a meaningful opportunity to impact financial operations across a global education network.
Compensaciones / Incentivos
• Liaise with the business to ensure completeness in the purchase ledger
• Support forecasting, variance analysis and budgeting
• Assist with month-end closure for entities including AR reconciliation and deferred revenue
• Conduct Pu0026L analysis (OPEX, Services, Residences, Homestay)



and monthly reporting
• Prepare and post prepayments journals
• Maintain Fixed Asset register and post depreciation journals
• Manage utility contracts by posting accruals and reviewing invoices
• Post general OPEX accruals and manage residence costs accruals
• Code and post credit card accruals
• Perform balance sheet reconciliations
• Support during annual internal and external audits xqbhyrx
• Support fiduciaries/external accounting departments
Responsabilidades
• Bachelor’s degree (preferably with accounting modules)
• Minimum 5 years’ experience in Accounts Payable/Accounting and Pu0026L analysis
• Valuable auditing experience
• Experience in a large corporate accounting position
• Experience owning or participating in month-end processes
