Key Responsibilities

- Manage and maintain the company website (WordPress), ensuring content is accurate, up to date, and optimized across all devices.

- Support SEO optimization and monitor website performance.

- Administer and maintain HubSpot CRM, including customer records, forms, email templates, and workflows.

- Design and optimize customer journeys within the CRM.

- Maintain a clean, structured, and accurate CRM database.





- Support marketing automation initiatives and digital campaigns.

- Collaborate with Marketing, Sales, Events, and Business Development teams to improve digital processes and customer experience.

Requirements

- 2-4 years of experience in Digital Marketing, CRM, or Marketing Technology.

- Good knowledge of WordPress and HubSpot.

- Basic understanding of SEO and website management.

- Experience with CRM administration and customer journey mapping.

- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
